I created a workflow map which provides a holistic overview of the eDiscovery processes at one of our clients from our interviews and observations. It was used in conjunction with the Experience map as well as other findings to highlight how our clients were currently performing tasks related to our eDiscovery toolset.
We used these processes to create simple task based prototypes that were tested with individuals within their company. These insights were then disseminated to my internal UX team and organized into valid feature enhancements as well as UI changes needed to realize these findings.
